I am writing to you following your most appreciated support to my volunteer crew when they attended the fire incident in Shaftbury Road, Southampton on the 16 February 2010. Although we attend incidents throughout Hampshire in partnership with the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, 24/7 providing emotional and practical support to those directly affected, on this occassion the volunteers, Dave B, Dave D and Terry conveyed to me how thankful they were to you for the provision of drinks when this incident had a number of people requiring assistance, this helped immensely whilst matters were attended to enabling the residents to move on to the next phase for rehabilitation.

The Volunteers particularly asked that I send you this letter to acknowledge their grateful thanks to you.

Hello Jamie
I am writing to thank you for the personal attention and help given in arranging mobile bar services at Southampton's Highfield House Hotel on the occasion of my wife Sandra's recent birthday party. I found both you, and your bar staff all immensely helpful and efficient in organising and setting up everything, especially since I learned afterwards that it was your company's first time at that particular venue. Despite this, everything went like clockwork and our friends and family were certainly pleased when it came to paying for their drinks. Hotel drink prices are famously horrendous, whereas your costs were by comparison very reasonable.

In all our dealings by telephone you gave me confidence in your professionalism and made helpful suggestions, and still everything was covered in the one-off charge of £50. You kindly allowed us to put in requests for favourite drinks, and I can only apologise that we did not drink more of the bottles of Asti you brought in specially for us.

When I initially booked the venue, I was given a choice of a drinks table with wine only, which did not really suit our requirements, but, fortunately for me, the hotel manager knew of your service and it proved to be a brilliant alternative. Well done to Highfield House Hotel and Penfold's Mobile Bar Services for providing exactly what was wanted.

I would most definitely recommend your services to anybody else that needs an event covered in this way.
